Returns Policy

Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction. If you don't like a product or it is the wrong size, send it back to us for a refund. You are entitled to return the goods within 7 days from delivery date, assuming the goods are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

We adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000. In addition, if you receive items which are faulty or misdescribed we will refund you in full, including your original delivery charge and return postage (or we will pay for a collection from you). However, if a product is simply unwanted we are not obliged under the Distance Selling Regulations Act to refund your original delivery service charge and we will refund you for the cost of the items only. This is in line with the majority of online stores. Although some online stores may choose to refund your original postage, in order to keep our prices low we are unable to do this. We will also not refund you for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. Any Item that has been personalised eg, embroidered or printed are not coved under the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 and as such will only be accepted for return if the goods are faulty.

When sending a return, please include your printed returns form and we recommend that you send the parcel via a signed for service. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us, we therefore recommend getting return proof of postage to help you track any items that may go missing. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility.

Returns not processed by our returns system and not accompanied by a correct returns form will be subject to an administration fee of £2.50.
