Replacement:

If you believe that you have received the product in a damaged condition or if the packaging has been tampered with, you can request a replacement. Simply email us at embroideryhutofficial@gmail.com with the necessary details, and we will ensure that a brand new package is issued to you at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will promptly address any replacement requests.

Order Cancellation:

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order, please drop us an email at embroideryhutofficial@gmail.com to raise the cancellation request. Please note that cancellation requests can only be addressed within 3 hours of receiving the order. Once the order is made, no cancellations will be possible as we start the production process immediately to ensure freshness and quality.

Refund Processing:

For eligible cases where a refund is applicable, we will process the refund and credit the amount back to your bank account. Please allow a processing time of 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
